Gelt is one of the leading cashback platforms in the FMCG industry. When they approached us, the app had strong traction but needed a complete strategic and UX overhaul to unlock its next stage of growth.
We led the redesign of the entire app to maximize user conversion and engagement. One of the biggest milestones was turning Gelt into a true Super App, merging four business lines into a single, cohesive user experience. We also designed and launched a new section—“Gana Más”—to monetize the platform’s existing audience with value-added offers and new revenue streams.
This transformation wasn’t just cosmetic. We managed the product end-to-end for over four years, including internationalization efforts that expanded the platform into eight countries, with localized experiences and operational readiness.
